We partnered with shipping courier, DHL, for all domestic and international deliveries. Our goal is to process your order for delivery within 1 business day. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email (check spam and junk folders as well). This gives you some time to review the full details of your order, including your shipping address. You will then receive a separate email with your tracking code from our shipping partner, DHL, within a day of placing your order.
Shipping to the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland & Norway
We offer FREE shipping to the EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway when you spend over €40 or equivalent!

Delivery & Tracking
Orders with 4-6 products will arrive in 2 separate shipments. For larger orders, please contact us by email.

All orders include tracking. You can always track your package by clicking HERE and entering your tracking code.
If your product was delivered to you while you were not home, the delivery driver may have left a note in your mailbox to inform you of a different drop-off location, such as your neighbors home, post station or office, etc...
If you don’t get your product within 21 business days of receiving the tracking code, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We follow the exact shipping information you provide on the checkout page upon placing your order. We are not liable for lost, held, damaged packages or delivery errors due to incorrect shipping addresses.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This gives you some time to review the full details of your order, including your shipping address. If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the correct shipping address. We will update your shipping address if your package has not been sent out for delivery.
If your shipping address is incorrect after it has been sent out for delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the incorrect address with our shipping partner, DHL; however, we cannot promise it will be successful and we are not obliged to refund your order or deliver a replacement product free of charge.
In the rare case you have not received your package within 21 business days of getting your tracking code or believe it has been lost, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number. From there, we will work with our shipping partner, DHL, to determine the location of the package. In the meantime, you can also contact your local postal carrier to see whether they can track and find the package as well (this may speed up the process).
Shipping couriers typically request up to 21 business days to find lost packages. We kindly ask our customers to wait 14 business days after filing a lost package claim to see if your package can be found by the shipping couriers. We will require a signed statement that you have not received the package as per regulations imposed by our shipping partner, DHL.
If your package has not been found within 14 business days, we will issue a reorder and send you a replacement towel. Processing for lost packages may take up to 30 days after a claim has been made (but we will do our best to get your product to you ASAP).
PS. Please check your mailbox first as delivery drivers sometimes leave notes to inform customers of different drop-off locations (I.e. package left at a neighbors home, post office, delivery station etc.).
Taxes & Duties
While we can ensure VAT, import duties and customs compliance within the European Union, our prices for non-European Union countries do not include sales tax and import duties. This means you are responsible for and may need to pay sales tax and/or import duties on your own once the product is delivered to your destination country. Customers are responsible for any additional customs, import duties, tax and shipping charges not collected by LulleVibes GmbH.
In the very rare case where sales tax or import duty payments are required, you will be contacted by the shipping courier to inform you of how to make the payment and next steps. Your package will include all necessary documents, such as the invoice and packing slip, to ensure a smooth customs process.
If packages are not claimed at customs and sent back to our facility, we are not obliged to refund shipping costs or re-deliver the package free of charge.

All times and dates given for the delivery of your products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU & UK customers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated delivery date.

Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return and refund policy. You can return your product within 30 days of receiving the product and get a full refund.
